Raymond John Beckman Jr., of New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21,2023, at the age of 87. Born June 8, 1935, in Pleasantville, NJ, he was the son of Raymond Beckman Sr. and Emma (Schneeweiss) Beckman.

After graduating high school, he continued his schooling which led to a life-long career as Municipal Tax Collector for the City of Pleasantville. In his free time he enjoyed flying commercial planes, taking trips with his wife to the islands and Key West, Florida, riding his motorcycle and cruising in his Mustang GT.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife Janice Howe-Beckman of over 45 years; daughters: Brenda Daneshi, Bonnie Sanchez, and Christine Howe-Louden; grandson Santiago Sanchez, nephew Hank Beckman, Jr., and niece Leni Utter. He is preceded in death by his brother Henry Beckman.

Private graveside services will be held in Missouri at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
