Robert A. Wenrich
January 10, 1945 — February 17, 2018
Robert A. Wenrich, 73, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Hershey Medical Center. Born Wednesday, January 10, 1945 in Lincoln, PA, he was the son of the late Allen R. Wenrich and Emma A. (Lehr) Wenrich Boe. He was married to Patricia A. (Kaylor) Wenrich on August 20, 1966.
A Veteran, Bob proudly served with the U.S. Navy.
In addition to his wife of over 51 years, he will be lovingly missed by two sons: Scott M. Wenrich, fiancé of Megan Fitzkee, of Harrisburg and Jason M. Wenrich, husband of Jenny, of Julian, PA. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Madison, Jacob, Grace and Luke. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Krista Leneé Wenrich.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 23, 2018 at St. Paul’s United Methodist, 398 North Locust Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, with Pastor David Woolverton officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 AM until the time of the service. Private interment will be in the Elizabethtown Mennonite Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 144 East High Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, 717-367-1380.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bob’s honor to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Elizabethtown.
