Charles A. Ream, Jr., 79, of Mount Joy, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. He was born October 29, 1944, in Lancaster to the late Charles A. Sr. and Lydia (Waltz) Ream.

Charles graduated from McCaskey High School. He then started his working career with the PA State Police as a supervisor with the drug and alcohol unit. He was a lifetime member of the AMVETS and enjoyed wood carving, furniture making and the Marine Corps League Toys for Tots. He was a proud US Marine and Army Reserves Veteran.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Sharon (Topper) Ream; a son, Christopher Ream; two sisters, Barbara Ann Heisey and Dorothy Margaret Turner (Brian).

Family and friends are invited for viewing on Friday, July 5th from 11 to 12 PM at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory,130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM with Pastor Brian Farling officiating.  Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
