Doris Jean (Souser) Ober

December 4, 1932-April 17, 2018

Born to Chester and Margaret Souser, Doris, a long time resident of Elizabethtown, passed away suddenly on April 17, 2018.  She retired from Hamilton Watch as an executive secretary and then worked in the travel industry.  She was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church and a friend to all as a resident of Masonic Village.

Survivors include sister Helen Young of Florida, brother-in-law William Miller, sister-in law Leona Souser, a cousin Lois Ryan, numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews. Doris is preceded in death by her husband Robert Ober and siblings Eleanor, Richard, Kathryn and Joyce.

She was loved by all she touched.

A memorial service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 125 East High Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 on Saturday April 28 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
